Usage rules
Access to the Kubernetes platform, Rancher UI, and other related web services is granted free of charge only to members of academic or non-commercial institutions in the Czech Republic with research and/or education objectives. If you are interested in using our infrastructure for commercial research, please contact us to discuss whether that research project can be conducted within e-INFRA CZ.
These services are available on a “best effort” basis. The operator strives to maintain service availability and security, with essential services running in high-availability mode and automatically monitored. Support is available during normal working hours.

Account renewal
User accounts expire annually on February 2. By the end of December or beginning of January, users are notified to request account renewal.
If the account is not renewed by February 2, it expires. The data, login, and username still exist, however, and can be reactivated upon request. After a four-year grace period, the expired account is deleted together with all its data.
Acknowledgements and publications
Users are required to use the following acknowledgement formula in all publications created with the support of MetaCentrum, CERIT-SC, and/or ELIXIR CZ. Please fill in citations of your publications in our system; you will receive privileged access to all resources of MetaCentrum, CERIT-SC, and/or ELIXIR CZ as a bonus.

Computational resources were provided by the e-INFRA CZ project (ID:90254), supported by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic.
In addition to the acknowledgement in the publication, do not forget to add the project number ID:90254 for e-INFRA CZ during publication export to the RIV system.
Account
A MetaCentrum account is required to use this service, unless a special exception is negotiated.
